So it's that time of year again...and the older I get the less I want to paint my face and stand in crazy lines to buy something that I'll NeVeR wear again. I avoid all the crazy hustle and bustle by visiting some of my fav. stores for any quriky add-ons I may need to complete a costume idea. This year, try American Apparel for your nerdy or 70's/80's look. Try Urban Outfitters for a more rebellious look. Visit a second hand store like Second Time Around for frilly dresses and ornate jewelry. It's okay not to be so literal. I just want to wear something a bit shocking, go out for drinks and hopefully fool someone into thinking I'm one...bad...REBEL!

Jesse and I took this pic months ago when I was playing with outfits and testing his PHOTOG. skills (kidding Jesse). I HaTe studio pics and he knows this now but it was so appropriate for this month! It's something I wouldn't normally throw on for dinner & a movie but fun enough for Halloween! I also own everything I have on and I'd wear them again...seperately.
My friend suggested I check out Polyvore.com. It's a blog site that does all the work for you. They put together sick head-to-toe outfit ideas and this year they've got tons of costume ideas! These are my top 3 favs:

A fancy-shmancy Angel. How feminine! It's perfect for a mature audience or to help make your boyfriend's Victoria Secret fantasy come-true, ...eh ladies?!
The idea is to check your closet for the essentials and then make a mad dash to your fav. stores for the accessories! Hope this helps all of you last minute shoppers! Have a stylish Halloween!
