I woke up one day and decided I needed a hobby. Phoned a friend and she thought up this ridiculous idea to create a fashion blog. I’ll never be bored again.

Fall fur print

Oh yea!! My fav. season is here! So excited! Just another reason I would never move to the west-coast. I get tired of skirts & tanks. I want to wear a comfy coat, a pair of cute booties and a crazy long scarf! I'm also in love with the colors. I'm all pucker face for the pretty plum - Damned, Velvet matte lip pencil by NARZ.
I call this one, laughing by a bush in a parking lot reserved for the PASTOR..and only the Pastor! Photo: Jesse Weiner

I found these gorgeous leaf-print pants at Pinkyotto and I decided right away that I NEEDED them (that's usually how it happens with me. I'm pretty impulsive). I don't shop with an ouftit idea in mind. I kind-of find one focal piece and work from there. So I bought the pants regardless of whether or not I had something to wear with them at home...why? Because they're GeNiUs. Sometimes you just have to go for it and figure it all out later!
I paid a must-needed visit to L.I.T because they have tons of printed everything! I wanted something a little muted that wouldn't make the outfit a complete eye-sore. The pants are loud enough! Can you see the wheat-print on my top? Unexpected, right?! Love.
I picked up the sunglasses and purse at a vintage store in Cambridge. They remind me of my mom back in her day. She has actually promised to look for the shades she used to wear as a teen. She swore she still had them. Fingers crossed!!

That's right, I can give you a zoolander face as my bag slips out of my hands - I'm so CoOl.

Bahhhhhh!! I need more jewelry! I wear the same bracelets all the time! But...I did get this cute ring and leaf bracelet at L.I.T to complete the look.

I know what you're thinking: how will she ever wear those out again? Not to worry, I have this plan: I'm going to wear them again. And again. I can see them dressed down with a simple white T-shirt, leather jacket and my hair tied up in a high tight ballerina bun. By the way, don't ever underestimate the power of your hair-do! It can change the whole look of an outfit. There are many times where I don't want my outfit to be taken too seriously so I pull the hair back or up in a bun. The way you wear your hair ties it all together. It makes the look believable!
P.S. Do me a favor, don't rake your leaves this year - they're beautiful. Wear them instead! xoxo
